1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of venturleylimited.shop and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Venturley Limited, registered in the United Kingdom, of 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX.

2. Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed via Stripe. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and on our FAQ page but are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

Our approach to returns and refunds is set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Product use and warranties

Products should be used in accordance with any manufacturer instructions and applicable health and safety guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Venturley Limited's liability for losses arising from your use of this website or your order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Venturley Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
